Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of everyonelovesmath.com and tutoring booked through it with Joey Serra / Everyone Loves Math. By booking a session or using the site, you agree to them.

Tutoring sessions

• Sessions are booked and paid for at checkout through Calendly and Stripe. Virtual sessions take place over Zoom; in-person sessions take place at 5225 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL, by appointment only.
• Rates are listed on the tutoring pages at the time of booking. Prepaid bundles are scheduled through the link provided at purchase.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.

The family portal

If I set up a family portal for you, the account belongs to the parent or guardian, who is responsible for keeping access to their email secure and for any student they allow to use it. Notebooks are provided for your family's personal use. You can delete your family's data at any time, and the Privacy Policy explains what's kept and for how long. I may pause or end portal access if it's misused. Keep your own copy of anything you need: notebooks are deleted 12 months after a student's last session.

Videos, worksheets, apps, and other materials on Everyone Loves Math are provided for personal learning. Please don't republish or sell them without permission. Tutoring supports a student's learning; it doesn't guarantee a particular grade or score.
